Radio Free Alice

Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, five-piece band Radio Free Alice are gaining a lot of attention for their honest melodic indie guitar-driven sound set in heavy 80’s post punk heaven. Even better, they’re great live and a friendly bunch. With their new EP Polyester out now, be sure to check them out and have a go at their delicious Italian Stallion focaccia.

The “Italian Stallion” recipe

Ingredients:

Focaccia of course

Cream cheese

Pecorino

Prosciutto

Rocket

Semi dried tomatoes

Tomato chutney

Truffle oil

Salt

Pepper

Method:

We’re not particular. As long as those ingredients are involved we are happy.

Best served with an iced latte.

Cafe: The Heart of Carlton. Very cheap and the people who run it are the loveliest in the world.

Pub/bar: The Grace Darling in Collingwood. Good music.
